drain pump January 12, 2022 Reviewer: DENNIS from Mound City missouri, MO United States   after installing new pump, I discovered that my problem was still there, the short black hose had a blockage, 2 dimes and 2 pennies, i should have checked the old pump better by placing the washer on a coffee can to  see if it was spinning, everything online led me to believe the pump was bad, I had the pump replaced once before by an authorized service center, one of life's hard learned lessons, I also removed the basket to find another penny and quarter Was this review helpful to you?

Fuse kit installation September 30, 2021 Reviewer: Paul from Florida   Your comment above, that the new pump comes with a fuse kit and installation instructions is correct. However, the instructions are awful. They are inadequate, poorly written and the photos are in black and white (but mostly are fuzzy gray photos) while the instructions refer to wires of various colors. The instructions refer to attaching the supplied “label that is RED, not green as shown”. Again, all photos are black and white. Plus, there was no label furnished. Reference is made to the motor control module and the pump harness but neither of these are identified in any photo. Was this review helpful to you?

Drain pump 420325P March 7, 2021 Reviewer: John from Brandon, MN United States   The local repair shop said it was hard to find quality parts for Fisher Paykel and I should consider replacing the washer.  I ordered the pump 420325P through lets talk parts and the pump arrived in three days. New Washer Drain Pump October 26, 2020 Reviewer: Jim Means from Gorham, ME United States   We saved having to purchase a new washing machine when a repairman diagnosed that our 12 yr old drain pump failed. Due to the Chinese Virus no  new machines  were available. So I ordered this part which came arrived in only three days, spent 20 minutes to easily replace it and now it runs like a new machine!
