The best service I could ever ask for February 22, 2022 Reviewer: Tracy Reed from Ave Maria, FL United States   I got a pump from LetstalkParts but it unfortunately was leaking. Without many questions they sent out another immediately. The new pump worked perfectly and now my washing machine is working like new. I couldn't ask for better service. Thanks again! Fisher Paykal pump and control board January 21, 2022 Reviewer: Frank Shannon from Silsbee, TX United States   The right parts and quickly shipped and delivered.  One note:  The pump wasn't packaged well.  I get the impression that you simply relabeled the mfg. packaging.  If that's the case don't trust them anymore.  The cooling fan shaft was bent.  Luckily It wasn't broken and it was easily straightened.  It's a heavy part for its size and the cooling fan is rather flimsy.  This is no problem in operation because there's little stress on the fan when running.  But in shipping it's a different story. Fischer & Paykel parts December 15, 2016 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Taunton, MA United States   I called regarding a failed drain pump and  the person was quite knowledgeable about the product. He even mentioned that sometimes when the pump fails it knocks out the control board. After installing the pump, he was right, the control board was shot. Both times I called , parts were readily available which lessened the down time. Great customer service , something that is so lacking these days ! Was this review helpful to you?
