Parts ordered were incorrect March 4, 2023 Reviewer: Keith Asarkof from Carlisle, MA United States   The web site description of the suspension rods I ordered indicated that they were appropriate for the model of washer I have. They were not! The top bracket on the rods did not fit my washer. I did not want to wait weeks to send the rods back and wait for the appropriate ones. So, I spent considerable time deconstructing the new rods and placing my old brackets on the new rods. Was this review helpful to you?

Washing Machine Suspension Rod Repair October 10, 2017 Reviewer: David M from WI United States   I purchased replacement suspension rods for my Fisher Paykel as the old ones had completely gone out and the unit was dancing.  This isn't the first time that I have bought replacement parts from here and both times both the pricing and delivery were very good.  I had no issues and was able to quickly replace the existing rods and get the unit calmed back down again.  I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to DIY repairs on their appliances. Fisher Parker Aquasmart September 16, 2017 Reviewer: Zilla from Beebe, AR United States   The suspension rods on our washer failed after 6 years. Washer could not stay balanced. New rod were simple to install and fixed the balance problem. Also replaced the rubber straps. Was this review helpful to you?
