Unacceptable delays in filling orders |

the parts ordered and received were fine. What was unacceptable was the amount of time it took to receive the parts. Sunday morning I ordered my parts and selected 3 day shipping as an expedited service to have them by Thursday. Wednesday I emailed asking for a status update and was told the order would be fulfilled within the day. Parts finally arrived Sunday. I would understand if this was a COVID related parts-are-unavailable situation, but this was not that case. They just don’t move at the speed necessary for an online retailer. I payed an additional $20.50 for expedited delivery only to have my order sit unfulfilled for 3 full business days. Unacceptable for a service upgrade when you have competitors like amazon and eBay who move at the speed of business. Save yourself the money use only their standard shipping since they won’t actually fill the order for 3 or more days. Or shop elsewhere where expedited service is actually honored.
