The impeller looked as though a apprentice removed the part from a washer deemed for parts. The edge around center screw cover was chewed up and rough. I had to sand the roughness away so I didn't snag our clothes. The center screw cover was designed for a different but similar part, close but I had to use the one from my machine. I would have sent it back and complained but I really needed to have a working washer and I didn't want to pay shipping again

MY washing machine agitator plate broke, I looked at several websites, even the manufacturers and it was either out of stock or not available. Found it here, confirmed it was the correct part number, it arrived a day earlier than projected and fit perfect. Extremely satisfied!
